一、公司簡(jiǎn)介

2010年12月28日，為推進(jìn)昆明市污水處理事業(yè)商業(yè)化運(yùn)作及市場(chǎng)化轉(zhuǎn)型，經(jīng)昆明市政府批準(zhǔn)，由昆明滇池投資有限責(zé)任公司、昆明發(fā)展投資集團(tuán)有限公司、昆明產(chǎn)業(yè)開(kāi)發(fā)投資有限責(zé)任公司、昆明市國(guó)有資產(chǎn)管理營(yíng)運(yùn)有限責(zé)任公司、昆明新都置業(yè)有限公司五家國(guó)有股東共同發(fā)起，成立昆明滇池水務(wù)股份有限公司，獲得市政府授予的昆明市行政區(qū)域30年污水處理特許經(jīng)營(yíng)權(quán)，以“科技興司、人才興司、文化興司”為理念，邁開(kāi)改革創(chuàng)新、轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的堅(jiān)實(shí)步伐。

截至2015年末，公司已擁有12家全資子公司，3家參股子公司，總資產(chǎn)達(dá)50億元，凈資產(chǎn)達(dá)25億元；短短五年間，實(shí)現(xiàn)了總資產(chǎn)、凈資產(chǎn)翻番和收入及利潤(rùn)的穩(wěn)步增長(zhǎng)。運(yùn)行、接管和投資收購(gòu)的水質(zhì)凈化廠從8座增加到36座，污水處理設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)模從每日110.5萬(wàn)立方米提升到約每日220萬(wàn)立方米，其中昆明主城及環(huán)湖污水處理設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)模為每日197萬(wàn)立方米，約占云南省的60%、昆明市的95%以上，平均出水水質(zhì)優(yōu)于國(guó)家一級(jí)A標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；作為昆明市唯一的集中式再生水供應(yīng)商，公司再生水銷(xiāo)售量保持年平均80%以上增速，占昆明市再生水市場(chǎng)份額的95%，目前用戶已達(dá)250余家單位，廣泛用于園林綠化、道路清潔、工業(yè)生產(chǎn)、河道及水體景觀補(bǔ)水。自來(lái)水業(yè)務(wù)方面，已收購(gòu)和投資建設(shè)4座自來(lái)水廠，自來(lái)水業(yè)務(wù)快速發(fā)展。

公司堅(jiān)持“一元為主、相關(guān)多元發(fā)展”經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略，產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈從污水處理延伸到再生水利用、污泥資源化利用、自來(lái)水、水生生物科技及藥劑生產(chǎn)等相關(guān)領(lǐng)域，并逐步向大氣治理、土壤修復(fù)、清潔能源等“大環(huán)保”領(lǐng)域邁進(jìn)。已形成污水處理及相關(guān)多元化業(yè)務(wù)資產(chǎn)收購(gòu)、股權(quán)投資、BOT、BOO、BT、TOT、TOO、PPP等業(yè)務(wù)模式，初步形成了云貴川連片發(fā)展、華東華南地區(qū)快速擴(kuò)張、東南亞及歐美地區(qū)重點(diǎn)突破的區(qū)域化市場(chǎng)格局。

In December 28, 2010,to promote the business operation and marketization of sewage treatment in Kunming,with the approval of the Kunming Municipal Government,the five state-owned enterprises, the Kunming Dianchi Investment Co., Ltd,the Kunming Development and Investment Group Co., Ltd,the Kunming Industry Development and Investment Co., Ltd,the Kunming State-owned Assets Management and Operation Co., Ltd,and the Kunming Xindu Real Estate Co., Ltd, jointly founded the Kunming Dianchi Water Treatment Co., Ltd,which was granted by the municipal government with 30-year franchise rights of treating sewage in Kunming administrative areas.The company follows a strategy of “invigorating itself with science and technology, talents and culture”,and it is making solid progress of reform, innovation, transformation and growth.

Up to the end of 2015,the company has 12 wholly-owned subsidiaries and 3 equity-sharing subsidiaries.It owns a total asset of 5 billion RMB yuan and a net asset of 2.5 billion RMB yuan.Within mere five years,both the total and net assets have doubled,and the income and profit has increased steadily.The number of water purification plants operated, managed, invested or acquired by the company has risen from 8 to 36.Its designed capacity of sewage treatment has been lifted from 1.105 million m3/d to 2.2 million m3/d,while the designed capacity of sewage treatment in urban Kunming registers 1.97 million m3/d,about 60% of the provincial total and over 95% of the municipal total.The average effluent quality is above the National Grade 1A Standard.The company is the only concentrated supplier of reclaimed water in Kunming,and the sales volume of the reclaimed water enjoys an average annual growth of over 80%,sharing 95% of the market in Kunming. Currently, it has more than 250 units as its clients.The recycled water is widely used in landscaping, road cleaning,industrial production and river and waterscape refilling.As for tap water supply,the company has purchased and built 4 waterworks,accelerating the rapid development of the tap water business.

Based on a strategy of “prioritizing the major business and boosting diversified development”,the company has expanded its industrial chain from wastewater treatment to water reuse,sludge reclamation,tap water supply, aquatic biotechnology, pharmacy, and other relevant sectors, and gradually reached atmospheric pollution treatment, soil restoration,clean energy development and other areas of “Further Environmental Protection”.The company boasts various financing forms for sewage treatment and relevant diverse businesses including asset acquisition, equity investment, BOT, BOO, BT, TOT, TOO, PPP and etc,having basically established a market pattern of contiguous development in the provinces of Yunnan, Guizhou and Sichuan,fast expansion in East China and South China,and major breakthroughs in Southeast Asia, Europe and America.
