環(huán)境變化及近地遙感博士后職位招聘

中國科學(xué)院西雙版納植物園坐落于生物多樣性豐富、自然風(fēng)景宜人、民風(fēng)淳樸的西雙版 納州勐臘縣勐侖鎮(zhèn)，是一個(gè)集科學(xué)研究、物種保存和科普教育為一體的綜合性研究機(jī)構(gòu)和國 內(nèi)外知名的風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)。擁有兩個(gè)科學(xué)院重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室（中國科學(xué)院熱帶森林生態(tài)學(xué)重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn) 室、中國科學(xué)院熱帶植物資源可持續(xù)利用重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室），兩個(gè)中心（綜合保護(hù)中心、公共技 術(shù)服務(wù)中心），27 個(gè)研究組，建有標(biāo)本與種質(zhì)保存中心。在西雙版納熱帶雨林、哀牢山亞熱 帶常綠闊葉林、元江干熱河谷建有 3 個(gè)野外臺(tái)站（中國科學(xué)院西雙版納熱帶雨林生態(tài)系統(tǒng)研 究站、中國科學(xué)院哀牢山森林生態(tài)系統(tǒng)研究站、西雙版納熱帶植物園元江干熱河谷生態(tài)站）， 每個(gè)臺(tái)站都建有通量觀測(cè)塔，是中國唯一一個(gè)擁有兩個(gè)可旋轉(zhuǎn)塔吊系統(tǒng)的研究單位。植物園 為研究人員配套了舒適的花園式公寓，每周為職工提供免費(fèi)園車往返昆明和勐侖一次。

樹木年輪與環(huán)境演變研究組立足我國西南地區(qū)熱帶、亞熱帶森林生態(tài)系統(tǒng)，通過樹木年 代學(xué)、樹木生理生態(tài)學(xué)、遙感監(jiān)測(cè)等多技術(shù)手段應(yīng)用和多學(xué)科交叉，瞄準(zhǔn)相關(guān)科學(xué)發(fā)展前沿 和熱點(diǎn)問題，開展熱帶亞熱帶森林關(guān)鍵類群和生態(tài)系統(tǒng)對(duì)區(qū)域氣候和環(huán)境變化的響應(yīng)研究，

為預(yù)測(cè)全球變化背景下生態(tài)系統(tǒng)響應(yīng)提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。實(shí)驗(yàn)室已建成年輪測(cè)定系統(tǒng)、纖維素提 取和同位素分析系統(tǒng)，擁有一只國際化的研究隊(duì)伍。配備有先進(jìn)的近地面遙感監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)，包 括：無人機(jī)、高光譜成像儀以及紅外熱像儀。

根據(jù)科研工作需要，現(xiàn)面向國內(nèi)外公開招聘博士后研究人員。 研究方向：

1、 氣候變化與生態(tài)系統(tǒng)響應(yīng)

2、 近地面遙感及其在熱帶生態(tài)學(xué)中的應(yīng)用

工作地點(diǎn)： 中國科學(xué)院西雙版納熱帶植物園（云南省西雙版納傣族自治州勐臘縣勐侖鎮(zhèn)） 要求：

1、 已獲得博士學(xué)位，身體健康，一站博后申請(qǐng)者不超過 35 歲，二站博后申請(qǐng)者不限 制年齡;

2、 對(duì)科研有濃厚興趣，具有獨(dú)立開展科研工作的能力，在國際核心刊物上發(fā)表過文章；

3、 英語水平較好，能使用英語作為工作語言；

4、 具有環(huán)境變化、近地遙感、無人機(jī)飛行、圖形處理背景者優(yōu)先考慮。 待遇：

每位博士后研究人員在站期間提供 15 萬元科研經(jīng)費(fèi)補(bǔ)貼。中國籍博士后工資按照國家

Postdoc position within environmental change and near ground remote sensing, Xishuangbanna Tropical Botanical Garden, Chinese Academy of Sciences

Xishuangbanna Tropical Botanical Garden (XTBG) of Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) was founded in 1959. It is a comprehensive research institution engaged in scientific research, species preservation, science communication, science & technology development, and a well-known scenic spot as well. XTBG is located in the north edge of tropical zone with high biodiversity and various vegetation types. Three field stations (Xishuangbanna Tropical Rainforest Ecosystem Station, Ailaoshan Station for Forest Ecosystem Studies and Yuanjiang Hot and Dry Valley Observation Station) focus on

tropical forest, subtropical forest and Savanna vegetation respectively. There is flux tower in each station, and two rotatable canopy cranes in the subtropical and tropical forest.

Tree Ring and Environmental Change Group focuses on environmental change in the tropical and subtropical regions of southwestern China. By combining dendrochronology, tree ecophysiology, climatology and remote sensing. We aim to: 1. reconstruct regional climate change during the past centuries; 2. investigate growth-climate responses of tropical/subtropical tree species; 3. detect physiological adaptation of tropical/subtropical plants to simulated environmental change; and 4. model vegetation-climate relationships. We have established tree ring study system, cellulose extraction system, and been equipped with drone, hyperspectral image camera and thermal camera. You are welcome to join us as a postdoc.

Qualifications:

1.Good health; under 35 years old for the first postdoc position, no age limitation for the second postdoc position.

2.The successful candidate must have a PhD degree, preferably with study experience of environmental change, near ground sensing, graphic processing

and drone flight;

3.Excellent communication skills and fluency in spoken and written English;

4.Proven ability to carry out research and publish paper independently.

Salary 180,000 RMB/year
